When you contact us regarding private spaces through any channel, we may gather:

• Space requirements (team size, duration, start date)
• Any additional details provided during communication
2.3 Active Members and Tenants
We maintain:
• Billing and contact data for representatives
• Identity documents (passports, IDs, or permits) as required for legal agreements
• Commercial registration and signatory details
• Payment history and banking information
• Facility access logs and room booking records
• All official correspondence
2.4 Business Address Services
For Enterprise Suites using our mailing address, we collect:
• Corporate constitutional documents
• Director and shareholder information
• Mail handling logs as described in Section 4
2.5 Facility Visitors
We record:
• Sign-in details and arrival times
• Event registrations and temporary dietary needs
• CCTV footage at entrances and common areas for safety (excluding private areas like restrooms)
• Guest Wi-Fi logs (required by Thai law)
• Event media, which can be removed upon request
2.6 Digital Visitors
Via the Wix platform, we collect:

• Site navigation patterns and referral sources

2.7 Third-Party Data

4. Business Address Mail Management
For Enterprise members, we never open or scan mail without explicit written instructions or legal court orders. Logs are maintained for all received items. Unclaimed mail is destroyed 90 days following membership termination.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
• Wix.com Ltd (Site hosting and forms)
• Professional service providers (IT, accounting, security, catering)
• Building management for access control
• Legal and professional advisors
• Thai government and law enforcement agencies when legally mandated
• Successors in the event of a business merger or sale
We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their independent marketing.
6. Global Data Transfers
Data may be stored on international servers (Israel, EU, USA, Singapore). Transfers outside Thailand are conducted in compliance with Section 28 of the PDPA, ensuring adequate protection and contractual safeguards.
7. Data Retention
• General Inquiries: 12 months
• Memberships: Duration + 2 years
• Tenancy Records: Duration + 5 years
• Financial/Tax Records: 5 years (Revenue Code)
• CCTV: 30 days
• Wi-Fi/Access Logs: 90 days
Data is securely deleted or anonymized once these periods expire.
8. Cookie Usage
Our site uses essential cookies for functionality. With your permission, we use analytics and tracking cookies (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) to improve our services. Settings can be adjusted via our site's cookie banner or your browser.
